FREPORTA Cold Room Doors preserve freshness of products as like first day without requiring often maintenance or increasing energy consumption. Tested and certified by third parties and approved Class A performance for maximum isolation and Insulation. Standard cold rooms should be kept around -18degree, Frozen cold rooms should be kept around -40degree. Our doors are designed and manufactured based on these classifications for each types seperately.

90degree Openning Hinged type (Single or Double Leaf), 180degree openning Swing Type (Single or Double Leaf), manuall operated Monoblock Guide Sliding Type and Automatic Sliding Types are available based on usage requirement. FREPORTA Cold Room Doors can be used for Food Industry, Chemistry and Pharmacy Imdustry, Botanic Plants, Logistics....etc industries for safe stocking and fresh suppliment chain.

180 degree opening swing hinged type doors have the option of either single or double leaf.
Monoblock guide sliding type doors have the option of either manual or automated closing.
All door types can have a custom size polycarbonate vision panel in either oval or rectangular shape.
Door frame and leaf is anodised aluminum that prevents heat transfer.
Door leaf is filled with 42kg/m3 density high pressure polyurethane injection.
Door leaf can be composed of 1.5mm AMB (antimicrobial) CTP or electrostatic painted galvanised sheet or stainless steel sheet.
For electrostatic powder coated option any RAL color is available.
Door lock can be opened from both inside and outside (even when locked).
Hinges are rising adjustable type to provide perfect closing.
220V, 25w/m silicone based resistors for frozen storage doors.
Photocell security system prevents persons from being locked inside the cold room for auto sliding types.
Suggested door leaf thickness for sliding types varies between 80-120mm based on dimensions.
Suggested door leaf thickness for swing types varies between 60-100mm based on dimensions.
All doors are delivered with installation kits.
