After all final check among with design, calculation, project drawings and spects; GARDWERK Blast Proof Doors are being manufactured in our factory by Tailor-made process.

Superior protection based on required blast pressure stated by bar/psi.

Tailor made production based on required specs which is designed by support of engineering simulation software.
It can be manufactured as galvanized steel, stainless steel and glass or any composition of these materials.
Hinges, central operated multi-pin lockings, leaf and frame details and thickness are determined based on blast level.
Luminous or observation window can be preferred according to its explosion pressure level.
Thickness may vary depending on size and material preference for inquired blast resistance pressure.
Both doors and windows can be manual / automatic operated sliding or swing opening.
For automation options, manual operation is available during energy cut off.
Metal parts can be painted by any RAL color by electrostatic powder coating or wet painting.
All doors and windows are delivered with installation kits and anchorage plates.
