Our official brand MACHAN hangar doors are designed with telescopic sliding working principle either with Locomotive Block Operation or Independent Blocks Operation. Plus features such as lighting or observation glazing module options, personnel door, tail door options, fire resistance, bullet or explosion resistance, thermal insulation properrties are available.

The door operation can be performed by remote control, button, or any type access control. All features can be combined in a single hangar door. Besides this MACHAN Hangar Doors can be operated by gear arm handle locking by a singlehand manpower push force.

MACHAN Telescopic Sliding Hangar Door Systems have adjustable operating speed that provides optimum safety, cuts off the air flow inside and outside, the negative outside prevents the weather conditions from entering and allows the indoor atmosphere to resist the weather changes. It has usage areas such as aircraft, helicopter, Airdrone maintenance hangars, shipyards, fire stations, customs fields, ports, tram-trolleybus maintenance stations.

Can be operated by locomotive block carrying the backward blocks or independent blocks each having own motor and control panel.
Personnel Door with 3 master keys, Lighting/Observation Glazing modules Oval/Rectangular, Tail Door at Top is optionally available.
Inner/Outer facade claddings can be single gauge Trapezoid Sheet/Polyurethane insulated Wall Panel/Rockwool insulated Wall Panel.
Standard cladding is natural galvanised color for trapezoid sheet, RAL9002 for wall panels but any RAL color is available optionally.
Steel structure finishing can be either hot dipped galvanised, electrostatic painting, wet spray painting by any RAL color.
Adjustable motor operation by IP44 Control Board by wireless / wired commander depends on operator preference.
Wear resistant hairbrush profiles at along-width double face of blocks bottom side provides dirt, dust, insect or particle isolation.
Door and Control Board room on the door block has its own hinged type grilled door with 3 master keys for air ventilation.
Easy set up control board has machinery type metal plug-in socket entrance for each security module connection.
Flasher & Buzzer, Safety Edge Sensors on both route facade of door blocks, magnetic switch for personnel door are security modules.
Helicopter switch system and spring balanced Park Aprons provides soft start and soft stop for door blocks operation.
All electrical components are CE marked and made in Turkiye, S.Korea, Japan and Europe.
Electrical busbars are industrial version copper plated plastic guided CE-ISO-TUV marked made in Turkiye.
All system of Hangar Door can be set up by bolts, nuts and screws while production is designed for easy modular installation.
Free of charge installation & set up education can be given in our factory for our clients or partners after order placement.

What is the maximum passage distance from the hangar doors?

The maximum width for passage is net 56 m. In addition, the net height is maximum 22 m. For example, a Boeing737-900 model has a wingspan of 35.8 meters. So our hangar doors allow even larger aircraft models to pass.

Are hangar doors fire or explosion resistant?

Hangar doors can be used in places of strategic importance. Therefore, it can be requested to be fire and explosion resistant. When it comes to such situations, we can produce our doors according to the desired options. We have heat, sound, fire, ballistics and explosion resistance options.
